1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order with Cal Tec Designs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and all applicable United States and Texas laws.

2. Customer Artwork & File Upload Policy

Artwork Rights & Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you:

  • Own the rights to the design, or

  • Have permission to reproduce it

Cal Tec Designs is not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership.

Print-Ready Files

Customers are responsible for submitting files that are:

  • Sized correctly

  • High resolution

  • Properly spelled and formatted

  • In the correct color mode when required

Any file setup, cleanup, or design time may result in additional charges.

Design Revisions

All design projects include two (2) revisions.
Additional revisions will incur extra design fees.

Proof Approval

When a proof is provided, production will not begin until approval is received.

Approval confirms:

  • Layout is correct

  • All information is accurate

  • Spelling and sizing are approved

Cal Tec Designs is not responsible for errors after proof approval.

Color Variations

Color may vary due to differences in:

  • Monitors

  • Printers

  • Materials

  • Ink and vinyl

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.

File Storage

We may retain files for convenience but are not required to store them long-term.
Customers should keep copies of all submitted artwork.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains:

  • Copyrighted material without permission

  • Offensive or unlawful content

3. Orders, Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are based on the original project details

  • Quotes may change if specifications are modified

  • Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed

  • Orders begin only after payment and proof approval (if applicable)

Secure third-party processors are used for all payments.

4. Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times:

  • Begin after payment and proof approval

  • Are estimates, not guarantees

  • May change due to workload, materials, or unforeseen issues

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States.
Cal Tec Designs is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Shipping damage once the order has left our facility

Tracking will be provided when available.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in Cedar Creek and surrounding areas.
Delivery times will be scheduled after production is complete.

6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

All products are custom made.

Because of this:

  • No refunds are issued once production has started

  • If we make an error, we will correct or reprint the item at no additional cost

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website

  • Upload harmful or malicious files

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Layout

  • Images

is the property of Cal Tec Designs and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cal Tec Designs is not liable for:

  • Customer artwork errors

  • Shipping carrier delays or damage

  • Loss of business or profits

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

  • Project details

We also collect basic website analytics data.
